    You can place your order at 7 days per week and 24 hours per day at your convenience. You will need your vehicle details such as make, model, year and engine size to browse our database of available parts.

  • How do I ensure I am ordering the right part for my vehicle?

    • You will need your vehicle details such as make, model, year and engine size to browse our database of available parts. In addition to this, if you have the OE number of the part you are looking for (obtained from your garage), you can enter this into the search bar to locate the part directly.

  • I could not find the part that fits my car, what do I do?

    If you cannot find the part that you are looking for, you can request a part for us to source from our suppliers. Fill out the part request form to help us know more about the part you require. Submit request

  • What is a Genuine Part?

    A Genuine part is a part that is originally put in the new vehicle and it comes with the manufacturer's logo on it. The parts can appear to be made by the car manufacturer but usually it's built by a different company and the car manufacturer's logo is added. These car parts are more costly because you are paying for the car manufacturer's logo.

  • What is an OE Part?

    An OE parts (Original Equipment) is made by the same company that provide the original product for the car maker's. It's the identical part as in your car without the car maker's logo on it. These parts are the same as the Genuine parts but cheaper as you are not paying for the benefit of having the car maker's logo.

  • What parts does sell?

    We're selling excursively OE parts made by the most respected company in the world such as ( Bosh, Valeo...). Our pledge is to provide you with the highest quality replacement parts for your vehicle.

  • What are the delivery methods?

    For the time being, we offer our customers courier delivery service through Aramex.

  • Is it possible to exchange a part if it does not fit my vehicle?

    We do understand that sometimes the wrong items are purchased and an exchange is needed. Please check our return and cancellation policy for the process on how to do this easily.

  • Can I change my mind after receiving the part?

    We are confident that the parts we provide are highest quality because they're from the most respected equipment manufacturer in the industry. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order you can return your parts and get refund within 30 days of delivery date. Refunds will be credited in full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.
