Parts Not Fitting Your Vehicle

In the case that the part you received does not fit your vehicle, there will be no restocking and/or administrational charges applied. You will just need to send back the parts which do not fit your vehicle to Tamshee.com and our team will exchange it with the right parts as soon as possible. The part must be in the original packaging and complete with any and all components that it was delivered with (i.e. screws, nuts, washers, etc...).

Changed Your Mind

We are confident that the parts we provide are of the highest quality as they are sourced from the most respected equipment manufacturers in the industry. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your purchased parts and receive a refund within 30 days of delivery date. Refunds will be credited in full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type.

Return Process

Step 1: Log in to ‘My Account’ at the top of any Tamshee.com page

Step 2: Click on ‘My Returns

  • Choose the order you would like to return
  • Select the parts you would like to return and the reason for their return

Step 3: Email return request Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return request
  • You will receive a second email with your Return Request Number

Step 4: A pick-up will be scheduled by our courier service

Step 5: After receiving and verification your package, Tamshee.com will process your return (refund or exchange)

Return Exceptions

At Tamshee.com we understand that, having a transparent and reasonable customer returns policy is important. Therefore, any returns you send to us must be in the condition that you would accept for use in your own car. If the part is not acceptable due to damage, missing components our team will contact you to give you more information about it.
